Shipping policy

All orders over $250 USD are eligible for complimentary shipping within the United States and territories. Orders over 1 pound will pay a flat fee of $13. Orders under 1 pound will pay a flat fee of $8.50. We prioritize shipping through UPS and you should expect to receive your order within 1-4 days once it has left our facility. We are based in Georgia so assume timing based on your geographical location.

Orders ship out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

For expedited shipping please choose this option before completing checkout. Expedited orders ship within 24 hours of when the order was placed and you should expect to receive your package within 24-48 hours following contingent upon the carrier.

Complimentary shipping applies only to standard shipping. If you need your order over $250 expedited please contact us through the contact page and you will receive in invoice for the shipment total. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it leaves our facility. If you are in an apartment complex please contact your building manager. If you are concerned that your package was stolen or has been lost, please file a police report with your local police department and file a claim with the carrier.

SUMMER SHIPPING

As our products do not contain fillers, stabilizers, additives, preservatives or synthetics we can experience loss of product during the warmer months. To combat this we offer the Activated Charcoal Tooth Polish, Organic Shaving Scrub and Whipped Body Lotion available only for 1 day shipping. These products will be available for standard shipment by October 1st.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please note that our shipping cost does not cover possible import fees. Import fees vary by weight and country. We can not estimate or assume these costs for international shipments.
